Checkout is not open yet, so no purchases can be made at the moment. This policy will apply once it opens.

When we'll refund you

• The file is damaged, won't open, or is missing content described on the product page.
• You were charged twice for the same product, including buying an item that was already in a bundle you purchased.
• You didn't receive your download links and we can't resolve it.

How to ask

Email hello@easycrochethub.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description. We'll reply within a few working days.

After a refund

When an order is refunded, its download links stop working.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
